CURRENT SERIES:
In the weeks leading to Easter I want to challenge you to re-think the one thing Jesus commanded us to observe as a continual religious activity, namely the Lord's Supper or what some call Communion. Perhaps that little plastic cup of juice and fracture of cracker isn't sufficient for striking up thoughts of the Cross in your mind (not to mention your heart) any longer. Maybe the service of communion has become all to common an item to us. Expect to see the bread and the cup in new ways the next few weeks. "Remember!" That is the order... perhaps there are some things about Christ crucified that you have forgotten. Yet isn't THAT the very thing that should be the motive for who we are and all we do as Christians? In this series we re-focus on some important aspects and applications of The Lord's Table.
